Pros

- Good pay is the only thing i think of

Cons

Monolithic repo with no standard engineering practices. All 500+ engineers work on the same monolith and the company just cares about new features. There are multiple incidents everyday and the number will only grow with the bad engineering practices at play. The middle management throws software engineers under the bus when there are any incidents. Overall a bad place if you value your mental peace or if you want to grow as an engineer.

Pros

There aren't any if there is no job security and if they don't take care of their employees.

Cons

Rippling will post and boast about how they raised a ton of money and have a ton of money in the bank and promise no layoffs and then turn around and lay you off. They did this in 2020 and now again in 2022. The CEO is awful to work for and with. Take caution when accepting a job here, the other reviewers are not lying.

Pros

Salary, decent product, can maybe reach ipo in the future

Cons

Poor benefits, horrible work life balance, product has major problems and management wants to instead invest in new SKUs.
