      Pros

      Rippling is hands down the best company I have ever worked for. They genuinely value you as a person and not just as an employee. Everyone at Rippling is always so warm and welcoming. They understand work-life balance and prioritize you as an individual.

      Cons

      Rippling does not offer a 401k match which is easily forgivable given the healthy environment that I get to work in day in and day out. I will happily trade a silly 401k match for a workplace that truly has my back! Not a con, but an FYI: Training remotely can be overwhelming to some if you are not ready and willing to put in the work.

      I've worked at a handful of other HRIS companies and none of them come close to Rippling in regards to product, growth opportunities, and support from leadership. I look forward to work every day because I am trusted to do my job independently, compensated fairly, and perpetually learn new things. I used to view myself as "just a payroll person" but Rippling has challenged me to also be an expert in HR, benefits, and IT. I love our product and our team takes a lot of pride in what we do. It's been exciting to grow along with Rippling and I see myself working here for many years.

      Cons

      In a hyper growth environment like Rippling, some could easily find themselves struggling with work life balance. However, our team is incredibly generous with time off and management listens to you if you are overwhelmed and need a break.

      Pros

      I have worked for start-ups in the past that talked a lot about their culture and did nothing to back it up. This isn't the case at Rippling at all. There is a lot of growth potential and management spends a lot of time making sure that they are giving their teams the tools and guidance needed to continue on the career path that they choose.

      Cons

      Not for the faint of heart. Expect to work hard and stay on your toes - things change fast as the product upgrade and new services are added to the platform.
