Pros
I've worked at a handful of other HRIS companies and none of them come close to Rippling in regards to product, growth opportunities, and support from leadership. I look forward to work every day because I am trusted to do my job independently, compensated fairly, and perpetually learn new things. I used to view myself as "just a payroll person" but Rippling has challenged me to also be an expert in HR, benefits, and IT. I love our product and our team takes a lot of pride in what we do. It's been exciting to grow along with Rippling and I see myself working here for many years.

In a hyper growth environment like Rippling, some could easily find themselves struggling with work life balance. However, our team is incredibly generous with time off and management listens to you if you are overwhelmed and need a break.
