Pros

They're pretty bad at understanding the market, so you can increase your salary by a lot, especially if you come from blue chip companies or prestigious universities. There's a lot of smart people that work there. The product is really good.

Cons

There's ZERO work/life balance They will retaliate and fire you if you are insubordinate The benefits are expensive (which is funny given the product) They have monthly KPIs and if you don't hit them, they will fire you, even if you take a vacation Everyone there is fake happy. It's this really weird rah rah feeling when everyone is together with an underlying depression attached The nepotism and favoritism is blatant. This is the 4th time I've written a review, and the other 3 were taken down. Management asked us to write good reviews when I was there because of all the bad reviews. They really care about this stuff. It's just a really bad place to work, so be prepared. Accept the money and the stock, but understand that they will fire you for very, very little and work you to the bone. They were anti DEI well before Trump got in office. I guess you can say they're ahead of the curve!

Pros

The product is a good products

Cons

Cons: • Inadequate and unstructured training program • Management demonstrates unprofessional behavior • Toxic work environment • Non-standard business travel practices • Dismissive attitude toward industry experience and education • Poor onboarding process Review: I joined Rippling Travel with 10 years of industry experience and formal education in Event, Convention, and Tourism Management. My experience was unfortunately very disappointing and short-lived. The training program was severely lacking and did not align with industry standards. Despite my extensive background, I was only included in 4-5 meetings total before termination. During the very first meeting, my direct supervisor made negative assumptions about my potential performance before I had any opportunity to demonstrate my capabilities. The workplace culture was concerning. My attempts to provide feedback on industry-standard practices were met with hostility. Questions asked during training were viewed negatively rather than as engagement in the learning process. Colleagues were dismissive of formal education in the field, creating an uncomfortable work environment. Management was casual to the point of unprofessionalism. Despite having limited interaction opportunities, I was criticized for "not engaging with peers" while simultaneously being dismissed when attempting to contribute to professional discussions. The company's business travel practices deviated significantly from industry standards, and any attempt to provide constructive feedback based on experience was unwelcome.
