Insufficient employee training. Minimal customer training. Lack of total honesty with customers. Production Printing Group management team lack integrity. Hidden power structure through dotted line relationships. Non-ADA compliant - rights of the disabled for reasonable accommodations are ignored. Corporate Culture - Senior management ignores employee discrimination, intimidation, isolation, persecution, and favoritism by local management.
