Japan secure - USA not priority

Pros

Ricoh purchased IKON Office Solutions to bring sound Accounting processes to their business with its organization and SOX systems in place. Integrity was their focus

Cons

The benefits and health insurance have gotten worse every year since ObamaCare insurance changes; high deductibles with a high monthly cost. SADLY, the company has been laying off great employees every year to reflect a better bottom line vs. offering services or equipment that builds its revenue. Ricoh's HR is focused on reduction and is now sending their processes to overseas outsourcing company's that are not going to fulfill the integrity that Ricoh had initially in 2008. It means something when using employees that are worth $.02 on the US $1.00 for their Accounting

Pros

Benefits, possibility of education and career growth

Cons

All decisions come down from corporate, resumes are worthless to these people, system of indoctrination into the Ricoh way, the pay is the real killer, they have the audacity to start adults with decades of experience at $16 an hour in New Jersey, many people who work for them have second and third jobs to make ends meet
