Pros

executive management is sleeping with Staff

Cons

worst work environment, low levels of professionalism, true latin american culture focusing on slave values with no growth. Executives are uneducated and unqualified in their areas.

Pros

Some of the training was worthwhile. The training in California was a joke and waste of time.

Cons

No support from management with high quotes and representatives unprofessional and will steal your accounts if you turn your back. This company is a mess. Have sales incentives yet they don't have the billing set up with third party vendors. Never worked for a company that puts the cart before the horse.

Pros

None to report at this time.

Cons

The CEO Martin Brodigan should fire himself for sending RICOH further into the ditch with his so-called Transformation Realignment program which basically means firing a bunch of people because he hasn't figured out how to be profitable without messing up people's lives.
