      Pros

      Great training and support! Worked well with my manager and met quota first year! Great CRM

      Cons

      They were switching over to the "new" way of work. AKA reducing their cost for office space. No one had their own space anymore, had to pack up everything and bring it with you everywhere. They downsized everything and eliminated my position. If a company didn't generate at least 50,000 a year Ricoh USA decided to turn the account over to inside sales and just have someone over the phone take care of the account. In my opinion not real good relationship building with your customers.

      Pros

      Great work life balance as no actual work or results is required. Great social life and the place to be in if u wanna go to Pattaya.

      Cons

      The regional production printer team is directionless with self conceited senior manager. Senior manager is only keen on playing childish politics game to drive his personal agenda with no actual work or results required.

      It just looks on paper to say you've worked for such a big company

      Cons

      pay is terrible for the job you're required to do. They don't keep you to go perm because they don't want to increase pay. Very inconsiderate. Very unorganized. No sense of directions in management. Technical support was actually customer service position. No challenge whatsoever. Under staffed now that Ricoh FL has shut down and calls are now transferred to Tucker. I left I couldn't do it with the lack of discipline in that place.
