It pays the bills. They don't cut hours.

Cons

When I worked there, there were "hourly" updates due on what you're working on. When you get promoted, you're expected to always take the side of the management. Anything that strays from their point of view is considered unacceptable.

Flexibility of being able to take off work for health reasons.

Cons

It takes an act of Congress to get someone terminated even though there aree some many offenses against an individual. I thought GA was a right to work state!
