      Pros

      OK benefits (although they keep getting worse over time) Paid vacations They know how to cut costs

      Cons

      Too many mergers. Companies purchased seem to take over and are not very good at it. Too much political maneuvering. The best was when a former President met with employees and stated how happy he was to work for a company that was not public, now he only had one boss. Two months later, he released a memo to employees stating that he was leaving so he could get back into the public corporation arena --what a B.S. artist.

      Perfect first job post college graduation.

      Pros

      Learn the basics on sales cycles and a solid introduction into the Sales world. Good first job, and experience for firdt sales Job.

      Cons

      Everything changes before you can get used to it. Base pay makes it hard to stay in your feet, and compensation for expenses is not nearly enough.

      Pros

      The management does allow its employees to work autonomously. The location is very nice and the people are nice and have reasonable intentions. There is a work out facility on site and running trails nearby.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the local senior management has been replaced with assignees from Japan.
