Benefits, relationship with accounts you've prospected and closed, education classes on products if you want to learn, some nice people

Cons

Long sales cycle, unrealistic quota, base salary horrific, no reimbursement for business conducted on your own cell phone, long hours, cumbersome order process, alot of admin work for the sales reps taking away from selling time, beaurucratic management, unprofessional managers yelling in office, belittle and deter success by negative feedback

Great people-alot of great talent at the company.

Cons

Senior management has no clue- they are puppets. They take direction from Ricoh Japan and don't know how to stand up for the greater population of the company. Salaries continue to decrease, quotas continue to increase. They like to avoid conflict so don't address difficult situations-just turn a blind eye.
