Interesting technically challenging work. Overseas travel. Skilled colleagues. Potential to be a great place to work.

Cons

Senior leadership have created a highly toxic culture, evidenced by high turnover, loss of talent and low morale. Office gossip, gaslighting and intimidation by management are rampant. HR leadership is unskilled and has been unable to tackle these issue and despite much talk, has enacted no change.
