Pros

In most cases, the people you work with are some of the smartest, most passionate professionals who genuinely want to develop incredible products to support those in our armed forces.

Cons

The senior leadership team isn't a team. Instead they spend their time competing with one another at the expense of their teams. It's a very disempowering environment. You can't expect too have much freedom in anything and its a very clique environment. Some people have their paths laid out for them while seasoned professionals get neglected.

Pros

Not much - some helpful peers

Cons

Years of permanent employment can be terminated within blink of an eye. A bunch of typical arrogant Germans. Too much German oriented company. If you enjoy being bullied and told you bring nothing to an organisation, working additional hours with no pay them this is the place for you! But it doesn't end there. They employ you and make you feel like you need to keep your mouth shut out otherwise you will be out of a job. Then when you complain to HR and get told "we encourage you to speak up" about abusive behavior from management, they then tell you you're services are no longer required. It's a vile place to work and would encourage you to look elsewhere for an employer who actually lives by the ideals they spout. The management plays favourites and acts like they care about your opinions but don’t it’s all lies. The team leads are useless thank god I got out of there and got a better job

Pros

Unique Projects is the only real pro. Some new equipment but only when it becomes way past needed. So not many really.

Cons

Poor culture, poor communication, blame shifting, poor leadership. Inability to listen to subordinates. Unwillingness to invest in new ideas and its people.
