      The team were patient and communicated well prior to locking in a potential opportunity and then followed through in a time frame that was suitable for my exit from my previous employer

      A couple of points that have made it a little difficult to get up and running in the new job: - Some of the team structures are a bit odd, making some of the reporting lines and accountabilities potentially misaligned and difficult to understand who is responsible   - Navigating through the file structures is a little confusing and, in some cases, they don't make sense. Also lacking some business roles on setting up new folders.
