Highly incompetent engineering management in the software department. Can’t tell the difference between an embedded system and an enterprise system. 3.) Very, very poor leadership: You will not be supported. But, you will be expected to carry the weight of an entire program on your shoulders with no equity in the company and four or five different people harassing you for status, but unwilling or unable to lift a single finger to help you themselves.
