      Rheimetall offers a lot of corporate benefits, good salary, investment plans, etc.

      Cons

      The companies culture is old fashioned. The company builds upon a strong vertical hierarchy, where growth is not just based in performance and competence but also on who likes you and which social codes do you perform. Carrier opportunities are possible but given the size of the company progress is slow and non-cooperative.
