Pros

Clean Tech Stack with little external dependencies, leading to a smooth overall developer experience. Company-wide standardization at several levels including technologies. Great compensation given the location. A steady rate of career development.

Cons

It can be difficult for people who have difficulty dealing with themselves under a more workload than usual. Revolut pushes for people to maximise themselves transparently and respectfully and will compensate them accordingly, this doesn't make it any easier, just more rewarding. Organization changes frequently, mentally, and it is difficult to (every 6 months) change an entire team or scope of work.
