Excellent opportunities for learning and shipping significant amounts of code. Strong emphasis on removing blockers. Competitive salary, particularly for those who joined a few years ago and benefited from stock appreciation.

Cons

Frequent overtime is expected. The workload is often set at levels that are challenging to complete within standard working hours, making overtime unavoidable. mid/lower management face significant pressure from senior management to meet demanding targets, and this pressure is passed down to individual employees.
