1. Work in Revolut is super active. There is no routine, each sprint you work with something new related to your project 2. Fast delivery(each 10 minutes if you want) and good processes for product quality which allows to create stable solutions and escape a lot of errors. 3. Colleagues are well qualified. Everyone is friendly 4. A lot of people work in Revolut long time even on the same project

Sometimes new features tasks number grows to fast :)
