I learned a lot from these people. from the technology perspective, the codes are high quality and the architecture is clean. it's not exactly the TDD methodology, but every code has quiet lot of automated tests ( in TDD you first write code -> then you write the feature, but we just impl feature, and in the same PR we write the Unit/Spec &/or integration/e2e tests.) The CEO/CTO/upper managements are very careful on making wise decisions and rational choices that can keep the company financially upward.

Man, a lot of work.

From the very beginning of the interview process with Revolut, you notice the high level of preparation of the people conducting the interview. The process consists of different stages, and sometimes it seems extensive, but with each iteration, you get to know the company and your future colleagues better. The interview questions are based on real-world cases and are fully applicable to your day-to-day job.

Cons

Completing all stages of the interview process will take approximately a month, and the journey is entirely worthwhile.
