Pros

Above-average pay, very competitive benefits, good enough equity package for a Fintech. Fast-paced, you’re given autonomy and plenty of growth opportunities. I’m surrounded by very smart and driven people, which makes a world of difference in the day to day

Cons

There’s just too much work to go around and priorities change faster than we can handle them. I don’t think it’s possible to get above-average reviews at Revolut, or own a relevant work stream, without working at least 50h/week.

In my role as a Data Analyst, I find it a place where you never get bored. In past experiences, I could spend more or less time challenged, but eventually, I would hit a plateau. The size of this company means there are always other departments, new procedures, or massive migrations happening. No year has been like the previous one. Putting the usual BS aside, I can honestly say I’ve grown professionally year after year.

Cons

It’s a company where most people work remotely, and if you go to the office, it’s likely that the people you work with won’t be there. This creates a somewhat cold dynamic.
