      Hard work, many possibilities

      Pros

      In my role as a Data Analyst, I find it a place where you never get bored. In past experiences, I could spend more or less time challenged, but eventually, I would hit a plateau. The size of this company means there are always other departments, new procedures, or massive migrations happening. No year has been like the previous one. Putting the usual BS aside, I can honestly say I’ve grown professionally year after year.

      Cons

      It’s a company where most people work remotely, and if you go to the office, it’s likely that the people you work with won’t be there. This creates a somewhat cold dynamic.

      1. You’ll feel like an owner from day one, strong empowerment, real responsibility. Your voice is heard. 2. Strong compensation package. 3. Low internal bureaucracy for data projects, you can focus on delivering impactful work. Performance is assessed by the impact and quality of your work. 4. Great opportunities to grow if you can manage high output and multitasking. 5. High visibility into technical processes and business decisions, you’ll see the bigger picture.

      Cons

      1. The workload can be overwhelming at times, depending on the area, project, or period (e.g month-end). Support from your line manager is key to managing this. 2. Some functional profiles lack basic SQL knowledge and rely too heavily on Data Analysts for tasks they could handle themselves. 3. No Gympass (Wellhub) or an equivalent complete health/sports benefit offered.

      Great conditons, amazing team

      Pros

      The job conditions (salary, holidays, remote work, benefits...) are very competitive when compared with similar jobs in my country (Spain). The engineering team is amazing, you can learn new things almost every day. And working in an app used by everyone is also very rewarding!

      Cons

      Project is huge, which can be overwhelming during the first months.
