Pros

Revolut is by far the best company I’ve ever worked. I highly doubt there are many companies out there with such nice culture and ways of working. Structure is flat, you don’t get stuck in meetings, everyone is super smart and helpful. Additionally, total compensation is quite above the average.

Cons

It’s definitely high paced, so you need to keep it up. But, by any chance, no one ever told me to work over hours or so. In the end we are all adults and can decide if we’d like to push the last mile.
