The wage is laughable, given the responsabilize you have. And the shifts are awful, not very well organised. Pretty much impossible to grow.

Great people, team environment. The benefits are good the retirement is one of the best in the industry.

Cons

The only downs that I have is, the company has not given a cost of living raise or an increase in pay. Inflation has caused goods to go up, and we have been at a standstill. I know others that were asked to take a pay decrease before and during the pandemic and the company has yet to reestablish any pay increase to match the current market value of jobs within the company, or give a pay increase from what was taken during the pandemic.
