Pros

Have yet to find any.....unless you are Spanish of course....

Cons

No common sense applied in any form of their decision making. Love to pretend they are the size of Exxon or Shell....but they are nothing compared to those goliaths. Upper levels tout cost cutting.....and yet they fly around on their private jets...meanwhile they are cutting employee benefits. Worst in class remuneration. HR is an uncontrollable entity that is believes the company is an HR company rather than an oil/gas company; can't be trusted whatsoever. HR also enjoys regularly changing and rolling-out new policy and benefit changes, BUT they do not inform employees. Email and phone messages tend to be ignored.....near impossible to get clarity on the every changing policies. If you complain about HR....you will be quietly pushed-out of the company.

Pros

Pretty sweet if you're a Spanish national, if not you're screwed. If you like to travel often you might like it.

Cons

A lot. Pays poorly, company is run by their HR group who simply do not have a clue. Massive bureaucracy.
