Pros

Flexible work hours; 9/80 option available

Cons

Huge cultural differences; supervisors and co-workers would talk amongst themselves in Spanish during meetings as well as standing behind you at your cube. It was a very negative environment

Pros

"Good benefits and vacation package if you can get them to approve it, many people have vacation left over at the end of the year and lose it because they seem to hate when an employee is actually using their agreed benefits" "Good work environment, good location, clean" "Special treatment to Spaniard or Spanish speakers, Upper level positions are essentially reserved for Spanish ex-pats from Madrid, which extremely limits advancement beyond a certain point, resulting in high turnover." "Great working environment, great people, location and flexible hours, 9/80 for some groups" If you're in an especially understaffed group, you may be lucky to get1-2 weeks out of your 5-6 or vacation.

Cons

"They bring people from Madrid to tell US how to so our job, despite their methods frequently being outdated and ineffective" "If your are not from Spain then you wont have a chance for a career projection. Those upper/middle management jobs are reserved for Spaniards wanting to work in a foreign subsidiary to pad their own resume for advancement at home. Some of the legacy employees are incompetent and the toxic workplace allows them to continually gossip and undermine your career advancement as well. "lack of salary, professional career development" (in 15 reviews) "expatriate more Spaniards to drive the model" (in 15 reviews) "Very poor management for mid and upper management" (in 13 reviews)

Pros

It is possible to make a successful career without any talent. Highly developed skills in using flattery is all you need.

Cons

Racism, sexism, tribal behaviors, micromanagement from E&P Executive Direction, absence of criteria during the prioritization of the projects, lack of focus and transparency.
