Pros

A few benefits for only few people: salary, vacations, flex time, 9-80 schedule...getting late every day without a problem....no dress code: you can work with flip-flops if you want or almost wear shorts !!!

Cons

Poor and unorganized management.....they are "circling" (upper management, if we can call them "upper management" because most are a bunch of young and inexperienced people and unprepared ) and circling and circling and cannot find the right way...no investment in new projects.....they are still keeping very- very bad employees that just go for their checks and their benefits (401k, salary, medical insurance, etc): very sad about this and they let go many good employees....looks like they are buying time for the oil and gas to recover but still paying super-high salaries to very incompetent personnel.....bad decision makers....oh and poor Spaniards: still gave most of the power to Canadian people (ex Talisman) as executives and directors of the Houston office.....really??

Pros

Stability and good paymaster. Good shared values and cultures globally.

Cons

Very high levels of micromanagement and lack of career progression. There is also very small remuneration package. Current working culture in KL is very detached from headquarters in Spain.
