Pros

There are some good benefits. I have nothing else to say that is positive - I am simply trying to get 20 words.

Cons

They lie to your face regularly. Long term incentives only go to management. The atmosphere is so toxic that most people are dying to get a package. I have hated working for this company more than any job I've had in my life and will be so happy to leave it behind me.
