Pros

Stability and good paymaster. Good shared values and cultures globally.

Cons

Very high levels of micromanagement and lack of career progression. There is also very small remuneration package. Current working culture in KL is very detached from headquarters in Spain.

In a transformation phase and it looks that the leaders does not have it clear so for the employees is worse. Lot of rotation
