      Pros

      Remofirst is an amazing company to work for. I've worked at several startups and this is by far the best experience I've had. Leadership team is approachable and open to new ideas. Everyone generally supports one another and collectively I feel we are all motivated to keep moving the company to the next level.

      Cons

      Nothing significant that I can think of. There is more we can do to improve our product, and I feel like we are moving toward that goal every day.

      Pros

      Young, fast growing company. Lots of hiring recently in all areas of business. Management is friendly, knowledgeable and easy to get along with. Able to work fully remote and many employees travel while working fully remote as well.

      Cons

      No huge cons. Just have to understand this is a young company, growing fast, so there is and will be growing pains. You just have to be flexible and able to multi-task.

      -Incredible team of kind, intelligent people who love to help each other -Great compensation and benefits (catered to each country our employees are in) -Flexible work hours and work-from-anywhere options -We are building and selling a great product that actually benefits the world -Lots of opportunities to learn and grow in your career

      Cons

      As some reviews mention, it is a fast-paced, dynamic environment (which is not for everyone). If you thrive in this kind of world it is an amazing place to work! But, if you prefer predictable, slow-paced environments with the same work each day, this may not be the place for you.
