Pros
Young, fast growing company. Lots of hiring recently in all areas of business. Management is friendly, knowledgeable and easy to get along with. Able to work fully remote and many employees travel while working fully remote as well.
Cons
No huge cons. Just have to understand this is a young company, growing fast, so there is and will be growing pains. You just have to be flexible and able to multi-task.
