Best job I've ever had

Pros

Starting with the interview process, everything was very clear and straightforward. The recruiting team was very responsive and always provided updates after each interview. Once onboarded, the training process was very in-depth, and I really felt like everyone took a great interest in ensuring that I received all the support to be successful in this role. I still feel that support throughout my day-to-day life and could not have asked for a better sales team and organization to be part of. The actual sales process is very simple and to the point. Leadership does a great job of giving AEs the freedom to run their own sales cycle while also lending a helping hand whenever they can.

Cons

The only con that I have is that we are still working through the startup phase of implementing new sales tools and things of that sort, but every month leadership does a great job of ensuring that we have everything we need to be successful.

Pros

The team at Remofirst enables you to work freely, with commitment towards a common goal. I have grown as a person and professionally, being able to work with colleagues around the world on a daily basis. There are always opportunities to improve processes and ask questions. The best part about working at Remofirst is the value and confidence in each employee - opinions are always welcomed and encouraged. The expectation is to work hard but have fun while doing it! I have loved my time here so far.

Cons

Sometimes, staying connected with the team can be difficult as we are fully distributed, but this poses a unique challenge and allows us to be creative with how we communicate with our colleagues.

Pros

Remofirst is a breath of fresh air compared to other HR tech. The culture is people-centric both internally and externally. Often the focus of HR tech startups is only on revenue and clients, but here internal talent is valued too.

Cons

Remo is certainly not perfect and like many other startups is growing too fast for its internal structure to keep up. Sometimes it is hard to navigate and see the overall vision. But these are good problems to have since this is a sign of growth. I feel part of this growth and am able to influence the direction of my team and even the company.
