The company has been growing exponentially for the past couple of years and you can see the potential it has to become the world-class leader in its field. The technology is impressive and is pursuing a greater good worldwide that benefits us all in the end. New and passionate people have joined management positions recently and this means they're bringing their skills to get the company to the next level. It's inspiring to see many women in key positions across the company and in leadership positions, as well as so many people from different countries, so no glass ceiling here! If you're good you'll be given the opportunity to prove it.

Cons

The BCN office space and facilities have become a bit crowded after so many new Redpointers have joined. But hopefully, we'll be able to move to a larger space in no time. Time flies, maybe too much! The ever-changing environment is so fast-paced that it can get very demanding, so you're either all in or nothing.
