Pros

nice industry, the product product itself can be interesting if they decided to invest in it... They actually sell everything before it is market ready...

Cons

Communication issues, management issues. They never value employees. You are just a number nothing more. You can bring the best customs ever, and get fired the next day.

Challenging environment and great people

Pros

- great people - international environment (more than 30 nationalities according to the last general meeting with the CEO) - cool product with lots of possibilities - HR is implementing new policies, which is nice

Cons

- team has grown a lot in 1 year and there is not enough space in the offices anymore. Would be great to have everyone in one office - in terms of perks, there is still many things to improve, but I see the company is working on this
