      + Company is a huge opportunity to disrupt the market and it's solving a real problem + Personal growth is possible if you deserve it. + Company is interested in developing your skills. + Experienced people that cares about employees and are transparent with the team. + Management is always able to help and to be open to new ideas. + Active and caring HR team. + Nice company events and benefits (Health insurance, retribución flexible, DIR discount). + Great work/life balance. + Good values and people come from all over the world.

      Cons

      RedPoints will not probably the best place to apply for a job if you are looking for a static and comfort zone. The changes are constant and you need to adapt to them! But, isn't it how do we grow professionally?

      Pros

      What I love about Red Points is the energy I get from it every day. It combines a talented team, a cutting edge product, and the feeling that our contribution is meaningful because it impacts positively our clients, protecting their innovation and brands. I like being challenged and forced to stay on my feet, to think about new ways to make our clients successful with our platform and tools. We work with big logos, which is also a plus, since we can learn a lot from large organizations and the way they operate. Because we are scaling at such a high pace, there are constantly new opportunities for growth, which makes it really exciting to be part of.

      Cons

      This is a very dynamic environment: if you lack passion and don’t like changes, this might no be the right company for you.

      Culture and Values. Red Points has a creative and innovative environment, being around intelligent thinkers allows you to develop professionally. Opinions and ideas are always listened to and addressed. IT, Sales and Marketing are passionate about their product and this is the reason this is a high growth company. There is a supportive organizational culture which supports employee growth and personal wellbeing. Good benefits.

      Flexibility to work from home would be a plus.
