- Worldclass Technology to sell - Great Teammates - Very warm and approachable CEO - Company constantly adapting, great place to learn as a result

Cons

Like all SaaS companies it comes with constant pressure and increasing revenue targets. You certainly need to be self-motivated

Pros

Fast growing and jungle style. There is room for improvement on every single corner, so if you wish to handle problems every single day it's your company.

Cons

Some of the C's level act as rock-stars and keep their ego's fight at most. Valuable employees are left behind in a careless way. Managers don't care a about they employees. In general the exponential growth is adding more and more entropy to all equation.
