Great place to grow

Pros

Easy to cooperate with other teams. Easy to access and learn from more senior members. Most of the teams try to stay up-to-date with best in class practices, although its not easy to keep them up-to-date in production environment. Good working environment. Regarding the tech team, I feel its a great place to work & grow, many opportunities to learn if you are willing to put the effort in learning. The company is transitioning from startup to something bigger, I believe the current word used is scale-up, hence chaos is inherent in this type of companies. I don't feel the company is more hectic than companies in similar stages that we are.

Cons

Lack of budget for training. The way the management communicates internal news. Teams need to better understand the product (for real), some employees lack of basic understanding of what we do, and how the product works, and this can be extremely frustrating, especially for the tech team.

Pros

One of the coolest things of working at Red Points is the environment and nice colleagues you get to have. Teamwork present on a daily basis. Brand protection and online distribution is a growing industry where to contribute. In terms of career path, there are good opportunities to grow. If you have ideas and good initiatives, they have high probabilities of being implemented.

Cons

As a growing company, there are still some processes to put in place.

Pros

The people are definitely a plus. Everyone is very supportive and helpful. Red Points truly offers an international environment to work in with people from across the world. There are also some great opportunities to grow professionally and learn new skills. They have just set up some new perks including Spanish and English classes, as well as free insurance which is a great addition to our existing package.

Cons

It's a very demanding job, however, great work is definitely rewarded.
