Pros

Not much, standard perks(usual stuff like fruits, gym, health insurance). I believe this company is still promising, however not if it will continue to be like it is today. Sadly there are employees who are capable but led by worst, dodgy people. Do not misunderstand, most people are cool there.

Cons

Do not know where to start. Let us start from company's environment, oh boy oh boy, if you have things to say whether it is about a wrong decision or you seek improvements - you better don't, as everything you say, propose will be used against you someday as a problem of "attitude". Being honest = being fired, easy as that. You comply with everything they expect you to or you go out. Generally in a startup, you expect that every opinion matters, not here. Everyone is afraid to say a word, staying silent is the only way. Career Opportunities? Yeah right, you get a raise, like everywhere else, however, wonder for how long it's gonna last? - Wow, you got a raise, you're an SDR, next day you're unemployed and "bobs your uncle". However, everyone agrees on two things: 1. They stay here because some people are definitely cool. 2. It is the best company to learn from as what not to do if you will ever have your own startup. And for a cherry on top, go to Red Points chino on last Thursday of the month and you will hear everything you would like or wouldn't like to hear. Its the only time people are being true to themselves, drunk people = true people.

Pros

Amazing people, extremely welcoming. Don’t be scared if they talk a lot, they are just a nice bunch of people, good place to make friends. A product with a good future ahead (even now with Covid). Seems like the company is always a step ahead, even with a pandemic, I think they acted quickly with all that’s been going on. CEO and upper management started communicating more often and keeping us inform of what was/is going on.

Cons

Keep communicating more, continue asking for feedback
