Pros

Good benefits overall (PTO, other paid time off). Can network within the organization (internationally). Good internal move opportunities

Cons

Pay is not competitive, no career growth or relevant support if you're stuck under toxic department/team because some leaders are very problematic without any changes. People are in general not motivated or willing to help each other.

They allow workplace bully.

Pros

Relatively good terms of employee welfare.

Cons

The director chose to ignore workplace bullying, which involved personal attack, verbal violence and gaslighting from two managers I reported to. Other colleagues are also aware but chose to be indifferent because the two managers have worked a long time in the company. The company has a hotline to report unfair situation in workplace but I dont think it can help when the director chose to ignore. Very horrible experience in my career.
