2nd time interviewing for a CRM role but for a different team and reaching final stage and 2nd time being completely ghosted after final rounds.

Applied online and heard back from the recruiter. Everything was smooth sailing in the beginning and the recruiter was excellent about keeping me informed through every step of the process.
Unfortunately things took a turn towards the end when I got ghosted after 6 rounds (5 virtual interviews and 1 in-person roughly an hour each).
