Pros

Employee discount is the best thing Ralph Lauren has to offer

Cons

The management here is beyond atrocious. They pay full time employees $19 an hour (less than fast food workers) and expect the world from them. The micromanagement is just disgusting The overachieving is laughable Racism and profiling happens often There is no incentive for part time or full time employees. If you make a goal of sales that the company has they give you snacks like you're a 6 year old child.

Pros

Iconic brand, opens a lot of doors in the industry

Cons

Leadership was aggressive, unkind, and disrespectful. Instead of focusing on a path forward when issues arose, leaders would search for someone to blame and would exaggerate the effect of mistakes to maintain compliance through fear. Teams were expected to be available practically around the clock to respond to leadership requests outside of normal working hours, and workdays were filled with back-to-back meetings instead of actual execution, resulting in elongated project timelines and overworked employees. Pay and benefits were on the low end for similar roles at competitor organizations. Even internal programs for employees to take advantage of with respect to learning, wellness, or networking were nearly impossible to attend due to the tight schedules everyone had to keep.
