      I now know how I wouldn't run a company

      Cons

      All the work goes to the lower-level employees and senior management doesn't even acknowledge it. Not enough time in the day to finish my work, and not enough support from management. Most of the leadership has no managerial skill whatsoever and no interest in learning. Difficult to get promoted.

      Very generous vacation 4 weeks after 5 yrs, employee discount, thats about it

      Pros

      Was one of the best places to work a few years back. Great vacation and 401k. Met many friends for life here.

      Cons

      So unorganized and chaotic. Senior leadership is so detached from reality and every week you just wait to see who will be let go. It is maddening to me when ceo says one team and open communication and that is not happening. Not sure how much longer I can watch this go on. It’s not about business but major politics and favorites. And don’t bother going to HR as it is useless. I put in many years here as I truly loved this place but it’s like they don’t care about their people anymore.
