Pros

Regardless of the position held, he company makes you feel like a part of a bigger picture every time you come to a sales rally. Great discounts on top of sales. Career opportunities. Friendly and welcoming management team. Easy access to the corporate in NY, NY. Constant training and easily penetrated innovative ideas and techniques.

Cons

High employee turnover, including managers/full-timers, makes it slightly impersonal and hard to keep the routinely warm atmosphere.

Pros

good hours to fit your lifestyle discount on cloths most of the co-workers are ok to work with and the manigement can be fun to work with if thier not stressed which seem to be all the time

Cons

no hours they only hire part time. I work hard, I stay longer and come in if someone calls off from work. I would help customers with knowlage of the product and make sales. Its a really boring and dull place to work. Its ok with most of the employees because thier young and most of them seem very emotionless and have no problem just standing in one spot greeting and being bored. The manigment rewards bad work ethics ie.. come to work late, no call no show and just plain lazy. Those people are rewarded with more hours and the manigers treat them as if Polo cant do with out them. As for me and a select few that work at my store I get few hours and most of the manigers act bi-polor with me. DOESN'T MAKE SINCE and that will be polos downfall I think.

Pros

This is a very balanced environment between business and personal growth. Opportunities are available for those willing to step up.

Cons

A very conservative approach to business change however in the end needed change does take place.
