CONs ..CONs every where.. - The worst possible handpicked Management and HR!! - Management and HR are encyclopedia.. they practically know EVERYTHING on this earth!! - Employees: Note that you are hired for a specific project against requirement in one of the projects,,its body shoping... so if you are lucky to impress the Japanese folks..understand and follow their culture then with their blessings you can continue in Rakuten India or else you will be shown the DOOR. No bench here. You need to survive on your own. None of the Indian management will bat for you even if you are right. - Employees: If not in any project, you will be humiliated to take up other project even if you like or not or suits you or not. You have no choice. Or they make you to leave the organization on your own. - Stop treating employees as cheap labors.. understand that Rakuten is not the only company they have worked at...respect the fact that employees have wide understanding of industry best practices as they have worked in many reputed TRULY GLOBAL companies - HR- learn some manners..learn how to talk..how to conduct..how to present.basically you need to learn everything from scratch.. first start with common sense. - Indian Management (VPs, Directors, CEO) - Take a break.. you need to grow up and come out of your i am always right attitude..stop being egoistic.. learn from others..listen to others..stop patting on your own shoulders..stop politicking..do not come out with stupid rules and process after discussing among yourselves in a closed room... You have already become a laughing stock infront of the employees
