      Pros

      Colleagues are mostly young and friendly. Got active sports activities monthly. Near MRT TRX station.

      Cons

      Management doesn’t listen to your advice even tho you’re hired for that skillset. Procedures only for workers and high management could bypass that even tho it risked security and compliance. WFH is revoked for IT dept while the other department still have the benefit. Legacy technologies and no room for improvement as they have no budget every time.
