1. Space not enough to list, however will list major one 2. I have gained a higher position in my team by being a "Yes" man, ignoring wrong doings. I have to agree with management. I am just a puppet to my CEO. I also have to manage a team which doesn't have much technical expertise as most are donkey jobs. 3. I have no self decision making capability. I always need to make a fake smile and agree to the management and try to convince my team which rarely happens 4. I also follow the old saying," Boss is always right" doesn't matter if we lose an important member of the team or the entire team is abolished 5. The HR and finance dept are only unproductive teams and bunch of jokers; getting salaries on the people who are rather productive. They forget these things that they are for the employee. 6. Most of the management people are fake, liars, egoistic and manipulative. 7.Its a hub for cheap labours. All cheap labours ready to be grilled can join Rakuten India 8. Rakuten Japan is still better as compared to Indian Liar Management. 9. We do Donkey job as this is the major idea behind the model.We don't need talented people, we need Donkeys 10. When you go for an interview, you can sense that there is really no co-ordination and will be greeted by a bunch of Liars...Managers should be boot lickers ( first criteria for being a manager )
