      Business is so strong in Japanese e-commerce market and there are tons of work to do, and this is good experiece as a engineer.

      Cons

      Our company is quite depends on CEO MIkitani's top-down deceision, and senior manager cannot be good media between CEO and employee.

      Pros

      It is the good place to learn the e-commerce business model at the company who have been operating most successful e-commerce business in Japan and developed very unique model in the world. Also, since the company is still young, only 10 years from the launch, you can take responsibility of your business area or management roll at relatively younger age, so that you would get the management experience which can be used for your future career. The pay level is not so bad, although the benefit package is minimum. For small favor, you can get free breakfast and lunch everyday.

      Cons

      Since the top management is very strong, middle management is weak.
