Pros

The only pros were the people and the perks before, but both are gone now.

Cons

No perks, ridiculous hours, not much vacation, terrible management, no standards, bad practices, clients that hate the company, untrustworthy HR, high employee turnover, bad projects, favoritism, language barriers caused by management who do not understand US English, terrible office with not enough conference rooms and no privacy, lies, deception, no growth, no challenges...the list can go on, the worst company you could ever work for.

Pros

Complimentary lunch and breakfast once a week Team bonding/fun days out

Cons

Leadership - non existent. Management have no idea what they are doing. Account management team completely overworked. Very high employee turnover - very demotivating. Lack of structure in the business and with teams. Too many meetings on a weekly basis for no good reason, just a waste of time. An opportunity for management/seniors to exert their "power" over those below them. No pension. Maternity pay is ridiculous for a company of it's size. Japanese work ethic - we are not in Japan. No real training given to new hires. Pay is terrible. Office is unsafe and unsightly. Feels like a call centre with everyone sitting in long rows of tables. Cables/wires all over the floor - health hazard! No UK HR department - no one to talk to if you have a problem. Expected to work overtime without being paid for it. MD knows nothing about affiliate marketing!

Pros

English speaking company in Japan! So you can use only English Twice a year - performance review and evaluation There are a lot of trainings going on, half of them in Japanese.

Cons

If your department doesn't show good results your bonus will be very small, however when they hire you they tell that bonus will be equal to your one month salary There are a lot of regulations, that can be really annoying If you're in department or team where a lot of Japanese, you probably will work overtime
