Pros

Good work life balance. Not so much workload. Product Managers are good and comes with really good requirement.

Cons

Everyone is given director of engineering title in the engineering team, but they would do developer's work. At the same time they like to behave like directors and don't do work.

Pros

Free breakfast once a week (although the budget for breakfast didn't increase with new hires so first come first serve). Office is 60 second walk to the tube station so after a long day in hell you can get home as quickly as possible.

Cons

So many - not sure where to begin. Aside from horrendous pay (only suited for school leavers hence the young staff) and non existent benefit packages which many have previously mentioned let me tell you that this company is extremely CHEAP. They spend NO money whatsover on their staff whether it be salaries, training courses etc. They don't even shell out at Christmas and have cancelled xmas parties more than once! No matter how hard you work you will not get promoted in this place unless you are one of the MD favourites and/ or a company spy (yes, they really do have office moles so watch what you say by the water cooler). In fact, one of the main factors to the high staff turnover is the lack of career progression opportunities. People get so fed up with being over worked and over looked that they move on. The CEO is a dictatorial nut job. The MD diligently divides his time between vacations and more vacations. The office premises are an embarrassment (always had to take clients out for meetings) and the senior management are an absolute joke who know the very minimum about affiliate marketing. There is a lot of 'passing the buck' - no one really takes accountability for mistakes and senior management often take the glory for the hard work of their execs. Execs are given HUGE accounts to manage which they are severely inexperienced to handle and AM's are given in excess of 8 accounts per person. These are the main factors for poor client retention. Avoid this place at all costs if you want a thriving career in digital.
