Old school Management that poses à serious problem with close to zero consideration for employees, including high-performing ones. Catastrophic HR. No incentives to stay or perform better. A regrettable arrogance and absence of vision of the top management that kill internal initiatives. RPP group undoubtedly masters healthcare issues but is unbelievably late on all other aspects: communication tools, digital, innovation, management etc. A company created just a few years back but stuck in the XXth century.
